Mindful Munching is a supportive small-group programme designed to help you understand your relationship with food on a deeper level. Guided by Louise Jenner-Clarke, an expert Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, each session blends insight, reflection, practical tools, and gentle accountability in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
What to Expect
Our groups meet weekly during term-time in 6-week blocks, giving you the time and space to explore what truly drives your eating habits—and how to shift them with awareness, kindness, and confidence.
Each closed group offers a consistent circle of people walking a similar journey, allowing meaningful connection to build week after week. We keep numbers small so everyone feels heard and supported.
Together, we explore:
Why emotional eating happens
How stress and emotions influence your food choices
Practical tools to pause, reflect, and respond differently
Simple nourishing strategies to support your wellbeing
Gentle mindset shifts that encourage long-term change
A Safe, Supportive Community
Mindful Munching is not a diet group. It’s a place to feel understood, encouraged, and empowered.
Expect:
Friendly, insightful group discussions
A compassionate atmosphere—no shame, no judgement
Practical guidance from a qualified nutrition expert
Support from people who truly “get it”
Space to talk, share, laugh, reflect, and grow
Join a 6-Week Mindful Munching Group
Each programme runs as a closed group for the full 6 weeks so members can build trust and momentum together.
Places are limited to keep the sessions warm, personal, and meaningful.
If you’re ready to develop a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food, we’d love to welcome you.
